Halloween Parade – Hopewell

Halloween Parade The Sunday before Halloween means it’s time for the annual Borough costume parade, sponsored by the Hopewell Borough Fire Department. Line up is at 12:30 pm at the Train Station. All are encouraged to be creative. Parade ends at the Fire House.
