Bonus information we want you to know about Sycamore Park
There’s been some exciting news in the last few years regarding an expansion to Sycamore Park.
In February 2020, the MOMS Club of the Blairstown Area submitted a winning entry in the BEC’s Shark Tank community project competition with its “Sycamore Park Extension” project.
The plan is to build an addition to the children’s playground at Sycamore Park that features an outdoor ping pong table, chess/checker table, and corn hole toss boards. The new game features will be set on a concrete pad with perimeter benches to take in all the action. The addition will serve all “kids at heart” — young children, teens, adults, and seniors alike, and benefit those with disabilities by providing more diverse opportunities to interact with members of our community.MOMS Club of the Blairstown Area
