I’m a child at heart really, so my child and I get along when it comes to playing around being kids. I still believe in the Easter bunny, tooth fairy, and Santa Claus. So, I just HAD to rent Rise of the Guardians.
About Rise of the Guardians
“Rise of the Guardians is an epic adventure that tells the story of a group of heroes – each with extraordinary abilities. When an evil spirit known as Pitch lays down the gauntlet to take over the world, the immortal Guardians must join forces for the first time to protect the hopes, beliefs and imagination of children all over the world.”
Rise of the Guardians is now one of our favorite movies. I warn you though, I bawled my eyes out. But I couldn’t help but laugh when my children came over to comfort me and reassure me that everything would be okay. The movie contained limited violence. There were jokes that the children didn’t understand, not because they were inappropriate though. I couldn’t help but laugh out loud and my children just looked at me like I was crazy. I loved seeing the Easter Bunny, Sandman, Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, and Jack Frost come to life. It was a perfect story of good verses evil. You even get to see their worlds and secret ways that they get to one place to another, and it showed the magic of every holiday. Some parts of the movie had scary scenes that other children may find scary, but it did end up happy just the way it should. I definitely suggest this movie for any other holiday lover.
Rent Rise of the Guardians with the kids, and let us know if you loved it as much as we did.
