Get Jumping with New Jersey Trampoline Parks

Posted on: July 3rd, 2019by

With the unpredictability of New Jersey weather, trampoline parks are a great way to keep the entire family active, engaged and having fun, rain or shine. Not only are these New Jersey trampoline parks great for hosting birthday parties, they will get parents and kids away from the screens and into the air. Gravity-defying activities like flipping and jumping on trampolines have additional health benefits you may not have realized.

The vestibular processing (inner ear) system is essential for spatial awareness, core strength, speed and agility for people of all ages. Activities like jumping on trampolines activate the vestibular system and result in better posture and balance, improved circulation and mood and better flexibility. There are several trampoline parks in North, Central and South Jersey to help burn off excess energy and reap the health benefits of jumping and flipping upside-down!
