Festival Fun Time!

Is there anything better than taking your family to the fair? It’s practically a family must-d0 activity. Who can resist the roller coasters, the fried food, the animals, the games? We are the first ones in line when the fair comes to town, so we compiled a list of all of the fun family festivals, carnivals, and fairs hitting New Jersey in the months ahead.

While we do maintain a statewide calendar of New Jersey events HERE on Jersey Family Fun, we also know that sometimes our readers just want to know what fairs and festivals are happening in New Jersey. To help you find festivals in New Jersey for your family, we’ve created this Calendar of New Jersey Fairs and Festivals.

Keep reading to see our listings of Fairs and Festivals in North Jersey, Fairs and Festivals in Central Jersey, and Fairs and Festivals in South Jersey. Our listing of New Jersey Fairs and Festivals includes community fairs and festivals that offer plenty of family entertainment. You’ll find Irish Festivals, EcoFairs, Seafood Fests, Carnivals, Food Truck festivals, and more.

Jennifer Auer is the hyperlocal mom blogger who runs Jersey Family Fun. From New Jersey, this mom of 3 boys just can’t sit still! Her husband likes to say she’s a work-at-home mom who never stays home. Jennifer started traveling as a child and hasn’t stopped since. Instead of letting her husband and boys slow her down, she brings them along! Did you know that boys behave better when they are out exploring? As her boys transition from tweens to teens there’s still so many places she wants to discover with them both across the U.S. and internationally. She has been a Jersey Girl for 20+ years, and a Jersey Mom for 8+ years and a New Jersey mom blogger for 10 years, although she'd much rather be referred to as an influencer or just by name. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Bryant University in Rhode Island.
