Take a train ride at Van Saun Park

Van Saun Park is located in Paramus, New Jersey. There is plenty to do at the park. The park includes:

  • a carousal
  • pond
  • fishing area
  • bike path
  • 6 picnic areas
  • softball field
  • tennis court
  • train rides
  • pony rides

Also the Zoological Park includes bald eagles, blue peacocks, bison and prairie dogs just to name a few. Visit their website for exact times and location.


See a play at Bergen Performing Arts

Taking your child to a play can be an amazing and new experience! Watch their face light up as they see their favorite characters or new characters come to life on the stage. Enjoy some of the food and enjoy the show. Have you ever taken your children to a play? How did they enjoy it? Bergen PAC is located at 30 North Van Brunt Street. Visit The New Jersey Naval Museum

Come out and see everything that deals with the Navy! What was used in different wars?  Boats, submarines, and torpedoes just to name a few of the things that you will see there. Items from Vietnam and World War II are available to look at are at the Naval Museum. The museum contains a large collection of unique items ranging from a SEAL delivery vehicle to an authentic Mark V Diving Suit plus many photos and other interesting memorabilia. The Naval Museum is located at 78 River Street, Hackensack, New Jersey.


$12 for adults ♦  $6 for children 12 and under ♦ $7 for seniors

Open 10am to 4pm Saturdays and Sundays (weekdays by appointments only)
