Timber Creek Tour

Your journey begins as you depart from the West Deptford boat ramp, or the slip in Westville, NJ, embarking on a captivating exploration of Timber Creek. Whitman Marine Training will navigate upstream as far as they can go and venture southward to provide you with a spectacular view of the magnificent Philadelphia skyline.

This tour is a pure immersion in nature, where you’ll find yourself surrounded by the serene beauty of the wilderness. Be on the lookout for majestic eagles, migratory birds, waterfowl, and a plethora of breathtaking natural landscapes.

This cruise offers an intimate experience like no other, allowing you to connect deeply with the wonders of the natural world.

You also have the option to schedule this cruise to coincide with the sunset, treating yourself to a mesmerizing sky painted in a stunning array of colors.

October 1 @ 11:00 am – 8:30 pm

Each Timber Creek Tour lasts 2 hours. Tours are offered daily at 11 am, 1:30 pm, 4:00 pm, and 6:30 pm until October 15.

  • Boats are skillfully operated by a USCG licensed captain.
  • A dedicated boat crew member will assist with boat lines, serve refreshments, snacks, and attend to any additional needs.
  • Take charge of the onboard Bluetooth sound system to enhance your journey.
  • Whitman Marine Training provides a cooler stocked with essential iced beverages (water, cola, ginger ale).
  • Basic paper utensils, cups, plates, and paper towels are available.
