Santa Visits The Herbary at Bear Creek Farm in Howell 2020

Santa’s Visit to The Herbary

Santa Claus is coming to town on December 19th, 2020 from 10am -1pm!

Santa will be seated on our front porch this year with a beautiful woodland backdrop. Visits with Santa are by appointment only this year. Please see all policies and procedures below before making your reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing pandemic, this event will be different than in years passed…


  • Visits with Santa are by reservation only. One reservation per family. (4 children max)

  • Reservations are $7 + tax (non-refundable)

  • Reservations only last a duration of 3 minutes. If you miss your reserved time, you forfeit your reservation. No exceptions.

  • Reservations are for 4 people max. (ex: 4 children, 2 adults + 2 children, etc.) 4 total! No large, multi-family groups in one reservation!

  • All adults and children over 2 years of age must wear masks while in line and waiting for Santa. Social distancing rules must be adhered to – please maintain a distance of 6 feet from all other families, customers, and Santa! Those unwilling to comply will be kindly asked to leave.


  • Arrive at The Herbary at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • Please park, walk to the front entrance of the barn, and check in with the Santa reservation associate.

  • You may have to wait in line momentarily. Masks must be worn by all (over 2 years) while waiting.

  • When it is your family’s turn to see Santa, children may sit on wood logs in front of Santa only. No one is allowed within 6 feet of Santa. When children are seated on the logs, they may remove their masks for a picture only.

  • Your children have 3 minutes to sit, chat with Santa, and take a picture. Please be respectful of other families and their appointments.

  • Please understand that this is our first time running Santa day like this, and all may not go as smoothly as planned.
