The New Jersey State Theatre presents free summer kids’ movies, with both morning and evening weekday screenings. Experience your favorite films on the theater’s gigantic 46’ screen, with a state-of-the-art sound system!
Performances are general admission and seats are first come, first served. Accessible seating on the orchestra level is available, but is limited. There is no elevator access to the balcony, it is accessible by stairs only.

- July 3 at 6:30 pm- Captain America, The First Avenger – Rated PG-13
With the help of an experimental serum, ordinary guy Steve Rogers becomes the powerful super-soldier known as Captain America. In this action-packed blockbuster, he leads the fight for freedom against the notorious HYDRA terrorist group and their evil mastermind, Red Skull. Will our brave superhero and his band of Howling Commandos be able to stop HYDRA from taking over the world?

In the depths of the Great Barrier Reef, a clownfish named Marlin embarks on an incredible journey to rescue his son, Nemo, who has been snatched from his ocean home and taken to live in a fish tank. Come along on this exciting underwater adventure and meet some amazing sea creatures as Marlin and his friend Dory, a forgetful blue tang, swim to the rescue—while Nemo hatches a few daring plans of his own to return safely home.

Everyone’s favorite family of superheroes is back! This time, it’s Elastigirl leading the way, facing off against a the city’s newest mega-villain, Screenslaver, and his destructive mind-control powers. Meanwhile, Mr. Incredible is left behind to look after the kids, and he’s not happy about it. Somehow, the family must find a way to work together again—which is easier said than done, even when they’re all Incredible.
