Lowe’s Garden-to-Go Kits for Kids

As part of Lowe’s SpringFest, Lowe’s is offering free Garden-to-Go kits for kids. Beginning April 1, 2021 customers can register on Lowes.com for free Garden-to-Go kits. The first curbside event will be held on April 8, 2021 and then occur each Thursday through the rest of the month. These family-friendly activity kits can be reserved on Lowes.com starting one week before each event and kits include:

Lowe’s Garden-to-Go Kits Pick Up Schedule

  • Thursday, April 8, registration opens April 1, 2021
  • Thursday, April 15, registration opens April 8, 2021 at 12 am Eastern.
  • Thursday, April 22, registration opens April 15, 2021 at 12 am Eastern.
  • Thursday, April 29, registration opens April 22, 2021 at 12 am Eastern.

Lowe’s Garden-to-Go Kits Activities

  • April 8: Garden-to-Go kit sponsored by Miracle-Gro with exclusive recipes from professional cook and food stylist Amanda Frederickson.
    • Miracle-Gro Planting KitStart a garden right in your own backyard. Lowe’s will provide everything, including a Lowe’s blue bucket filled with Miracle-Gro Potting Mix and Miracle-Gro All-Purpose Water-Soluable Plant Food, a Bonnie Foodie Fresh plant, gloves and recipe cards. Pick up your free kit curbside, 5-7 p.m.
  • April 15: Lowe’s Mystery Garden Pinata with mystery seed packets.
    • Fun for the whole family. This biodegradable piñata is filled with mystery seed bombs and growfetti.
  • April 22: Tree Giveaway – 500,000 tree saplings given out in honor of Earth Day.
    • Celebrate Earth Day with Lowe’s by planting a free tree sapling. Not only will you be giving back to the Earth but you’ll also be adding a beautiful new tree to your landscape.
  • April 29: Lowe’s Butterfly Quest which helps families create a butterfly garden.
    • Get a butterfly house craft kit to build shelter for our backyard friends. You’ll receive wood to assemble the house, paint and a paintbrush, and seeds.

  • There is no cost involved with this program.

Registration is required. You must register with your local store at this link. The curbside pick up time is 5-7 pm. Limit one kit per registered family. While supplies last.

 

Event Guidelines

  • Look for the Enter Here sign to join the event curbside pickup line.
  • Please keep proof of online event registration ready to show staff.
  • Drive up pick up of the kits will be held between 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M on the designated Thursdays.
  • Guests must remain in their vehicles at all times while in the curbside event pickup line.
  • Event is rain or shine, barring severe weather.
  • Lowe’s reserves the right to cancel at sole discretion, and the event will not be rescheduled.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited. No drugs or alcohol are permitted on the premises.
