Earth Day Nature Walk
Join for a guided tour at the Ridgefield Park Nature Preserve!
Bring your camera, binoculars and outdoor boots. Family-friendly event!
Attendees should gather at the nature preserve’s parking lot by 9:00AM. An expert guide will be present from the Ridgefield Park Environmental Commission.
The nature preserve’s grand opening is on June 3, but take this opportunity for a sneak peak! At the recent bird count, 16 species were identified – including an eagle!
If you wish to, you may also bring a bag to help in collecting litter. The nature preserve is maintained by volunteers and every little bit helps! What better way to celebrate Earth Day?
