You’ve been running all summer. Maybe you’ve been shuffling the kids back and forth to activities every day. Or maybe you’ve been keeping them busy with different activities at home. If you’re like me, your lunch has been their lunch. Peanut butter and jelly, pizza, fast food, it’s not always as tasty as we would like but it works. Summer is about the kids.

But the kids are going back to school.

Your lunchtime is now your own again! Yes, you probably have stuff to do while the kids are in school. You’ll cram in what you can between 8 am and 2 pm or 9 am – 3 pm all so that when the kids come home they can have your full attention again. No matter how busy you are, take time for lunch. A hangry mom does not make for a happy mom. So allow me to help with these tasty and easy lunch ideas for busy moms.
