That’s right. On the first full weekend of every month, Bank of America’s Museums on Us Program allows each cardholder to get one free general admission at more than 225 museums nationwide.
How does the Bank of America Museums on Us program work?
Am I eligible?
If you have an active account with Bank of America or Merrill Lynch that provides you with a credit or debit card you are eligible for the program.
Do I need to sign up?
There’s no need to sign up. No forms to fill out. To take advantage of Bank of America Museums on Us simply present your active Bank of America or Merrill Lynch credit or debit card along with a photo ID to gain one free general admission to any Bank of America free museum. This offer is for cardholders only.
What isn’t included with Bank of America Museums on Us?
Additional members of the family and guests are not eligible for free admission unless they are account holders.
The Museums on Us Bank of America weekends exclude special exhibitions, ticketed shows, and fundraising events. For example, while you can visit the Liberty Science Center as a participating free museum, planetarium shows, special exhibits, and activities that normally require an additional fee will not be included. You would pay an additional charge for them.
A few more things to note
This program does not guarantee admission. While admission may be free at designated times during Bank of America Museums on Us weekends other factors may impact a museum’s ability to provide admission to a cardholder.
There is no limit to the number of museums you can visit in one weekend. Visit one, two, or all participating Bank of America free museums if you want during the weekend.
Just like you can visit all the Bank of America free museums in one weekend, you can also visit the same Bank of America free museum both days of the designated weekend or every month. Love the Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center — visit every month! There’s no limit on the number of visits you can make.
