Woodloch Pines at the Woodloch Resort is an all-inclusive resort for families in the Poconos. It was our first family vacation to a resort that offers an all inclusive experience. Until now our family vacations involved either cooking meals in a hotel suite or trying to decide between restaurants either on property or off. Activities … we’d have to look over guides to see what’s included and what’s not. We have loved the places we have visited, but sometimes those choices can be stressful. Those potentially stressful decisions don’t exist at Woodloch Resort.
Woodloch Resort, sits on a beautiful 1200 acre property, in the Poconos Mountains. It is an ideal family vacation for a family that wants to visit one place in the Poconos that offers it all… and all of it in included for one price. Wherever we went on the Woodloch Resort property we were treated as family. From the front desk staff to the dining hall servers, from the shuttle bus drivers to activity coordinators we were always greeted with a smile and a team that was not just concerned with making our stay enjoyable but all guests. The level of customer service goes beyond anything we have experienced in all of our family travel experiences.
Our first visit to Woodloch was this past November between the fall and winter seasons. There was so many thing to do as a family at Woodloch Resort. We made some wonderful family memories and are delighted to be able to share the following stories with you. Enjoy!

For our first family vacation to the Woodloch Resort in the Poconos, we were guests of the Woodloch Pines in Hawley, Pennsylvania. Play: Things to do with Kids at the Woodloch Resort in the Poconos
This family trip to the Poconos was made extra special because my husband was able to join my boys and I. Despite visiting between seasons at Woodloch we found many Woodloch Resort family activities to enjoy. Go-carts, bumper cars, sports, swimming are just a few of the activities available for families at Woodloch. For my tweens and teenager these were all activities they approved of.
A daily schedule of activities is available. Choose one, two, or as many as you can include into a day they are all included in the Woodloch Resort. There’s a few exceptions but every day there are are 30 or more activities included as part of your Woodloch stay. Woodloch Resort activities are scheduled around mealtimes. You never have to feel like you have to choose one over the other or that you’ll be late for an activity because of a meal or the other way around. Activities start after mealtimes have finished and end before the next mealtime.

We had such an enjoyable time at Woodloch Resort. After a busy soccer season and before the holidays were fully here, it was a great way to get in some quality time together.
