Warren County Farmers’ Fair featuring the Hot Air Balloon Festival

This year marks the 76th anniversary for the Warren County Farmers’ Fair located just 3 miles north of Philipsburg, NJ on County Route 519.  If you are looking for an affordable family fun day, this is the place for you!

 

The Warren County Farmers’ Fair takes place July 27 through August 3rd.

Gates open at 11am with events beginning at 12pm, and the fair remains open until 10pm each night.

Warren County Farmers’ Fair admission

  • Admission is only $6 for adults.
  • Children ages 12 and under are FREE Monday – Friday.
  • On the weekends, children ages 5-12 are $4 and children ages 4 and under are FREE.

 

warren county fair4 Great Reasons to attend the Warren County Farmers’ Fair:

Reason 1: The Kids Corral! This is a tent full of free events for kids of all ages.  There are crafts, train tables, a sand box, pretend apple picking and a wooden cow to “milk.” Just outside the tent, children can enjoy riding tricycles, playing mini golf, “fishing,” and going through a hay maze. Numerous contests and shows are also available such as a pie eating contest and balloon animals made by local clowns.

 

Reason 2: Lots of animals! The Warren County Farmers’ Fair gives families the opportunity to see and pet a variety of animals including chickens, rabbits, horses, cows, sheep and pigs.

 

Reason 3: Fun carnival rides and food! What would a fair be without rides and fried food? The Warren County Farmers’ Fair offers a variety of rides for children of all ages.  There is also a great variety of food from hamburgers to pulled pork sandwiches to ice cream.

 

Reason 4: The Hot Air Balloon Festival is in its’ 16th year and also a family favorite at the fair.  Each night at 6:30pm there is a mass hot air balloon launch from the nearby balloon port.
