Nutley Twp. A Firecracker Competition for ages 12 and younger will kick things off Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Nutley Park Oval, Franklin Avenue and Chestnut Street. There will be potato sack and foot races, ball throws and other activities. Evening festivities including DJ entertainment will take place on Franklin Avenue from Church to Chestnut streets at 6 p.m., culminating with fireworks
