Atlantic City is known for its lights, but usually its the lights of the casinos that every one is talking about. This holiday season Atlantic City is the center of a very different kind of light festival.
On display now through Monday, January 4, is the 2nd Annual Festival of Trees which showcases custom decorated holiday trees from local area businesses. These businesses have joined together this year to “Deck the Hall” as part of Boardwalk Hall’s 2015 ‘Deck the Hall-Festival of Trees’ event to support of CASA of Atlantic and Cape May Counties and make a difference in the lives of local foster children this holiday season. The custom decorated trees are currently available for the public to view for free in the Boardwalk Hall lobby between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily*.
Free daily holiday organ recitals will also begin today at Boardwalk Hall. Through Monday, January 4, the public is invited to enjoy the sounds of the season with a free holiday organ performance of classic holiday music. The holiday organ recitals will take place on Monday through Friday from noon to 12:30 p.m. with the exception of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day*
